I must start off by saying how courteous, kind and friendly the staff are here at this resort, they are amazing. However, this resort has serious inclusivity issues, if you are a non-Italian or French speaking guest. For the first 5 days of our 7-day visit, all the entertainment, activities and excursions were only French speaking. We did get any English-Speaking guide on one excursion, but other one was 98% French speaking only. The Karaoke, we knew nothing about, as it only the French guests knew about it. All the songs were French, ten interactive quiz was only in French. In fact, I may as well have had my holiday in the neighbouring island of Corsica, as that is French speaking. Of all the 5 English speaking guests we spoke to in the week we were there, everyone was fed up with it being so biased to the French speakers. The resort is heavily represented by a French holiday company, and their branding is very noticeable in most of the resort. Most of the staff did not speak English, which made it a bit tricky. You need to be aware that the resort is very isolated, so it would be recommended that you hire a car. The taxis to neighbouring towns are very expensive, and the bus service I was told was not good.
