I recently had a stay at Traveller's Inn that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. The poor customer service, especially the behavior of the Indian manager, significantly impacted the overall experience. From the outset, there were issues with privacy as the manager forcefully entered rooms while guests were still inside. This blatant disregard for privacy is unacceptable in any reputable establishment. Furthermore, our simple request for a three-hour extension was met with unnecessary complications. We reiterated our willingness to cover the extension fee through the security deposit, but instead of a smooth resolution, the encounter took a turn for the worse. The most concerning aspect was a phone call from the manager, marked by yelling and unprofessional behavior. Such conduct not only reflects poorly on the manager but also tarnishes the reputation of the entire establishment. Traveller's Inn needs to address these issues promptly. Guests deserve respect, privacy, and professional treatment. I hope this review prompts the necessary improvements for a more positive experience for future guests.
