Be aware that they are buying/bribing customers for good reviews. When we checked in, we were immediately told that if we would give them a 5-star review they would refund us $20. (That should have been my first clue: why would any hotel need to pay $20 for good reviews? Maybe because $20 is cheaper for them than paying for maintenance and actual cleaning.) This is, hands-down, the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in (see photos). If we could have gotten a room elsewhere on such short notice at a reasonable price, we would have. They don't deserve even one star, and I'm incensed that I relied upon the fraudulently obtained reviews of other patrons in making a decision to book this dirty, ill-maintained hotel. As you can see by the photos, there were bugs, hairs, dust bunnies, and even gum residue on the floor of our room! (At a minimum, they need someone with a good eye to check the work being performed by their room maids.) It was so dirty, I had trepidation about letting my bare feet touch the floors. Further, maintenance was poor and repairs needed in the room, as shown in the other two photos. On the plus side, there was plenty of hot water (but the shower needed a good scrub to remove mold). And the breakfast was decent. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here. Or if you do, please don't take the $20 to mislead other travellers. This definitely doesn't deserve Best Western's Plus designation. It's more along the lines of a what I'd expect from a Motel 6.
