Favehotel was so strategyc. It is located in front of Block M area. Many foods and merchants are nearby. The AC was so cool. The toilet was also very clean. Everything was so clean.

well located because its near to mrt station, very clean and easy to find food nearby especially japanese food also 24 hakka halal dimsum

Everything about the hotel is very good. I stay in many hotels and this is one of the best economy hotels. My only complaint is that the stairway is locked! There’s only one elevator and the stairway would be much more convenient for the first floor at times but it’s unavailable.

Horrible experience! F First day room AC not working and ants found on bathroom sink counter. Hotel management claims no available room to move me to because hotel was sold out. 3 different attempts by their engineer failed to fix the problem. By which time, it was around 12 midnight the hotel miraculously found a room, with no window as per booking, to move me to. The hotel appears to run some sort of children camp on site. At around 5 am children were shouting, screaming and running up and down the corridor making it impossible to sleep. The hotel was aware of this but ther was no improvement of the situation. On day 2, I was moved to another room this time the room AC was working but ever so weak. In the afternoon, I found bed bug crawling on the latch of the headboard. I immediately requested to switch room but again the hotel claims all sold out. I requested a refund on the balance of my booking so I could move to a different hotel. However the hotel management told me it was not possible because of the fact that I made the booking online. They called in pest control to address the infestation problem. For the remaining of my booking, I ended up sleeping with the bed moved several inches away from the wall mounted headboard. Travellers looking for hotel stay should consider carefully before making a decision to book this hotel.
