Bon hôtel mais le chauffage dans la chambre est trop bruyant et pour le petit déjeuner, il y'a juste un grille pain pour tout l' hôtel . Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour.

Loved this hotel. Clean and very comfortable. I don’t understand some of the other reviews. This hotel is very nice for an over night. Very relaxing bed. I hated to get up. Nicely appointed however basic. All you need. We would stay again if ever in the area.

Horrid experience! Staff were unwelcoming and made me feel like an intruder. Staff forget, it is visitors like me who stay at the property that pay their wages. No visitor’s, no jobs! I would NOT recommend a stay here. You can do better than stay at this unwelcoming hotel.

CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS! I used points to book this hotel room and I was charged twice. Then once called and confronted about said charge they gave me the run around, they said it would be refunded in 3-5 days. Never happened then once called again and was told I wasn’t charged twice, and then asked to speak to a manager multiple times and was lied to and said they’d call me which never happened. The front desk blatantly put the phone down and ignored me until I hung up and called back, and then did the same exact thing to the capital one travel customer service rep. All around rude and inconsiderate and trying to scam people out of money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk staff and the rest of the employees were surly and unfriendly. There was mold in the shower stall. Not worth the money. Horrible experience. I don’t know if there’s anything good I can say. Staff were totally indifferent to all the guests.

My husband and I spend one night at the Casco Bay Hotel as part of a trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel has a convenient location if you have a car. The staff was courteous and check-in was fast. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was adequate, but limited. The breakfast area was small. Parking is free which is very convenient. Overall, a very good experience.

We read some of the reviews of this place and were concerned. However I would say this was an adequate hotel for the price. I would call this a “no frills “ hotel. No maid service unless you ask for it. We were told this up front at check in. We were on the 2nd floor- the room was very quiet - and fully renovated. Were the floors clean? No- but I am a stickler for this and find that most hotel floors are not clean- I always wear a pair of flip flops or slippers when walking around. It never occurred to me to take the cover off AC unit to inspect the filters- I imagine if you did you’d find dirty filters in many hotels. There is a standard hotel breakfast included with lots of options. We were able to get fresh towels from the front desk. This is a typical budget hotel. We feel that we got what we paid for and really cannot find any fault with this place. Good for families and pet friendly. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. There is a gym which is adequate and good walking paths outside. If you want a good safe clean place to sleep this is it.
