Deposit $100. Parking $9 per day ( you can pay cash or they deduct from the deposit). Breakfast was good, but not much seats , you need to spend sometime to find a seat. Room is ok, the black hair was on the bathroom’s wall. My deposit still not returned to me (it’s been 5 days after check out).

This was a really great experience the front desk person was very friendly, breakfast staff was very nice and friendly.

The location of the hotel is fine and there are some food options nearby but just know, the airport shuttle does not run during the day so if you are planning on arriving before 5pm, it’s about a $30 Uber ride to the hotel.

You get exactly what you pay for. Good location. There's a gas station down the street for drinks and items. There is a McDonalds across the street. Room had a weird, suspicious odor. Close to airport. Breakfast no great shakes...but the price is right.

Very dirty around the breakfast area. They don’t do make up room unless u call n request. The whole ambience is disgusting. The microwave is too old n slow. Even 2mins my water still not become hot. Lousy hotel

Front desk staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean but small and old. Walls were thin and you could hear next door. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent rooms. Front desk staff is always super kind and helpful. I always come back to this hotel because it's safe and I know I'll never have any issues. Very very clean rooms. Simple breakfast but what more do you need besides the essentials.. I'll keep coming back here.

Really good hotel reasonable price, walls are a bit thin. Service is good and has a shuttle to hotel. Not much to do nearby but good if needing to be close to the airport.

Worst hotel experience ever. Booked the place through trip.com. arrived in the middle of night at SFO being told no shuttle service available ! Need to take a taxi to get to the hotel.

There is a hotel-airport shuttle. Not bad for a layover from the airport.

I have stayed 3 occasions during 2 weeks of my visit to San Francisco, and I fly to different cities during my stay in San Francisco. You can store your luggage free of charge if you have the next upcoming booking. Breakfast is good but the menu is the same everyday. It is near to Macdonald and Costco. Late check out is free until 12 pm, but extra charge of $57 for late check out till 6 pm which I used during my stay as my last flight is at 9 pm. Basically it is enjoyable stay at the hotel. They have the shuttle bus every 45 mins for two time slots, (i) 5 am to 1025 am and (ii) 5 pm to 1015 pm.
