One of the best accommodations in Townsville. Good value for money and close to restaurants and the stadium.

What a great find! We loved how quiet it was and that it was super clean. 10/10 to the cleaners! The lovely lady who did our check in went above and beyond. There was plenty of off street secure parking, and a choice of 2 pools. And the price (which is why we stayed) was brilliant. Whats not to love? We will be back for sure!

We stayed 2 nights and had to ask for shower gel as there was none in the dispenser. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working and the door keys didn't easily work. Bottom of one bed was hanging out and the beds were only made up with sheets. One of the two blankets in the cupboard didn't smell clean. The air con on the balcony was so very noisy. No way could you sit out there and enjoy your time even though the view was lovely. The lack of power points made it hard to find a place to boil the jug for your coffee. It was a prime location and the staff were helpful however we wouldn't stay there again.

Myself and two friends stayed for a night in a 2brm townhouse. When we arrived we noticed how clean and fresh our accommodation was. The kitchenette had everything we needed including a full-sized fridge. There was also a washing machine and toilet downstairs, as well as a toilet in the main bathroom upstairs. It was relaxing sitting on the patio downstairs, and the grass area would be great if someone stayed with children. After dinner we sat upstairs out on the balcony and enjoyed a couple of drinks. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The staff were lovely and helped us with any enquiries we had. I would look at staying here again as the location was great, with restaurants nearby and walking distance into the city and ferry terminal.

Our stay is AMAZING older style well kept apartments. quiet area but still close. The most amazing part of this property is the happiest staff ever. Brittany very kind funny person but very professional at the same time. She is a great asset to this company.

We stayed 12 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. The unit was functional and clean, although the carpets needed shampooing or replacing - made obvious by the black on our bare feet. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had sufficient supplies to support basic cooking. We booked directly which meant we had basic service in the room including trash pickup, midstay linen change, dish, dishwasher and laundry detergent, as well as tea and coffee. The staff were all polite, pleasant and willing to help. There are restaurants close by and a grocery store within walking distance. We walked to the harbour, ferry, and the Strand; however, those with less mobility or less time would need to take advantage of the plentiful scooters or have a vehicle. Most of the units require walking up one or 2 flights of stairs. We stayed on a 3rd floor unit which I appreciated as it meant no noise from above.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit dated, hence I think was over priced, however noting it was a busy period.

Good value, our room was very spacious but basic and decor was a bit dated. Basic free to air TV ( but we didn't go there to watch TV so this is more of a fyi). Good access to restaurants, pubs. Lovely area, with river scenery. The staff are fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Good security and secure car parking Recommended it for either short or longer stays, if your not chasing all the bells and whistles.
