Good location. Room a bit small, and breakfast can be better

Es cierto que al principio tenía un olor raro la habitación pero por el precio es más que aceptable. Camas cómodas, habitación limpia y desayuno muy bueno. Nada mal para pasar la noche.

I stayed here before one night back in August this year. Came back again October. Very helpful staff, my room was clean. Clean and comfortable bed, worked out good for me.Internet worked well. Enjoyed indoor pool. Overall good experience in Springfield.

I always stay at Microtel Inn when come to the Springing for my business trip or with my family. Having good internet service is essential to my work, I especially loved being able to have a spacious, warm and comfortable room to accommodate me. Bed very comfortable and pillows are very fluffiest. The staff are very kind, helpful and friendly. I love that if you request breakfast as early 6am they will setup for you. The other guest in the hotel were is nice always. If you’re looking hotel that is a home away from home, comfortable and safe look no further and book your reservation today.

The room was never cleaned during my stay. Had to ask for towels 3 times before going to the desk and getting them myself. The staff didn’t seem to want to give them to me when I asked. Room was extremely small but it was just me during the stay. Just okay.

Excellent room awesome bathroom. Everything about this place ticked all the boxes will look for more of this chain on our travels along route66. The best we have come across so far. Breakfast was plentiful setting us up for the long days travel ahead

We stayed at the Mircotel in Springfield during our three week roadtrip through the Mid-West and the Rocky Mountains. It was possibly the best motel we used but still one of the least expensive (great value for money). Add complementary breakfast, an indoor pool and staff loving their guests, I strongly recommend staying here, if you are in the vicinity.

robyn been great she always honors my promotions , she is always helping me with assistance with resturants and any places we were excited to try many different resturants and bars due to our experience at microtel

Very qualified front desk staff every day, every shift. We were here 1 full week for a family event. We just needed a clean, convenient hotel to park Rselfs @ night. We enjoyed the Free Breakfast every morning. We only had housekeeping change R bed once & do the full cleaning once. We did get clean towels, wash clothes daily. All of the staff was great! They’re in the process of updating the hotel inside & out. They were painting everyday we were staying there. Very little noise at all during the day, Zero at night. We will definitely stay here again. It’s on Dirksen, across from Smokey Bones. It’s very convenient to R family in Springfield, hospitals. Shopping. Downtown & R hometown of Taylorville. We could have easily paid a whole lot more for a hotel room, but, why? We had all we needed here + friendly staff & all the other quests were polite & friendly. Even all the workers, including the Painters!
