Staff was rude... rooms were pathetic... no hygiene no amenities.... Would never recommend to anyone in future

We take the family rooms which are under renovation a little bit. Rooms have good space and things are up to the mark. They have tasty food with simple presentations at reasonable prices. Facilities are good. Lift not there which exhausts us to walk to the 3rd floor every time with stairs. Overall good.

Best experience overall. We went with family to golden bees hotel on 6 feb and the way staff served us was just amazing. Than x a lot

The hotel golden bee spa and gym turned out to be worse than the photo and description . It is supposed to be 3 star but overall it is only 2. 5 star. The bed is plain mattress and short for a 5. 5 foot. The toilet, the cupboards and room was dirty. The food and staff is basic and the reception and restaurant is not at all up to mark. The location is too far and it will be difficult to have dinner outside if you don't have your own vehicle and even then, it's a 10 km drive to city. The only good point is the gym but, it's not worth the 6. 5k we spent per night and we decided to move into another 4 star hotel in the city center at the same cost. Please avoid this place at all costs.

It is different from pictures but far better, good location near to mughal gardens, excellent service they really take care of there customers
