Review to share on Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa 18 May to 4 June – For 17 nights I had the good fortune to stay at Silvia’s hotel, Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa, in Staffolo, Italy. My arrival in Jesi on May 18 was late in the afternoon and as I was taking a selfie picture with the Jesi sign in sight, I saw a confident, friendly, and energetic woman just behind me – I turned and received a great welcome hug from Silvia, who helped me with my luggage and off to Staffolo we drove as I took video and pictures out the window of her vehicle of this beautiful area in the Marché/Ancona region. The panoramic view outside my hotel room window was spectacular – I didn’t want to stop looking at the countryside vista, and made sure the shutters were always open while I stayed at Relais del Borgo! After unpacking, I came downstairs to a delicious board with cheeses, breads, and meats accompanied by a healthy portion of Verdicchio wine, the delicious libation specific to the region. I knew I would be well-taken care of during my stay in Staffolo! The next morning, and every morning after, I was greeted by Damiano Cerioni, guest services specialist for Silvia’s hotel. Damiano is also the organizational secretary of the Banda Musicale Cittá di Staffolo. Damiano made the best omelet for me – and provided a juice list of every color and flavor as well as a satisfying selection for coffee drinks. During my stay, I also enjoyed some time in the spa, as well as a foot and back massage by Gianluca, expert masseuse and guest services employee at Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa. Some evenings were quite late, as I was involved with music rehearsals, performances, and afterglow. Guess who was waiting for me? Silvia made sure each of her guests were safely ‘home’ before she turned in for the evening. It was very comforting to be so well served! In sum, I give Silvia’s Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa the very top rating. Top ratings for √ cleanliness √ location √ staff √ breakfast and special meals √ friendliness √ amenities of refrigerator, TV, Coffee, Tea, fresh water √ spa, sauna, and massage facilities I had a deluxe guest experience at Relais del Borgo Hotel and Spa – I had all of the comforts of home as well as luxury to make me feel very special. I look forward to returning ‘home’ to Staffolo – to Silvia, Damiano, Gianluca and all my friends in the Banda Musicale Cittá di Staffolo.

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso uno splendido week end in questo bellissimo hotel. La proprietaria Silvia gentilissima e disponibila già dalla fase della prenotazione, ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile, attenta a tutti i dettagli per rendere la nostra permanenza indimenticabile. Damiano ha dato a mio marito ottimi consigli sui vini tipici della zona e sulle cantine in cui poterli acquistare. Questa mattina inoltre, ci ha preparato una colazione ottima, con omelette speck e formaggio squisita e torte fatte in casa. La Spa è bellissima, accogliente e pulita, la piscina idromassaggio incastonata nella pietra è molto caratteristica così come la grotta del sale. Il fatto che poi la riservino in esclusiva per due ore è stato veramente un valore aggiunto! II ragazzo addetto alla spa attento e molto discreto ci ha spiegato tutto il percorso da seguire in maniera da poter sfruttare al meglio le proprietà della sauna, della doccia fredda nebulizzata e della stanza del sale. Infine avevamo prenotato il bagno di Cleopatra di coppia, nel latte d'asina caldo e petali di rosa...un sogno! La camera Cedro a noi assegnata, molto bella pulita e con una vista spendida sulle colline. Complimenti a Silvia e a tutto il suo staff per aver reso questo week end di relax veramente speciale... consigliamo questa splendida struttura e sicuramente ci torneremo alla prima occasione!

Abbiamo usufruito di un buono regalo per due massaggi trascorrendo poche ore in questa bellissima struttura e ci sono assolutamente bastate per dire che la spa pur essendo piccolina risulta veramente ben curata in ogni dettaglio, molto accogliente, intima e romantica. Ce ne fossero di così! Un ringraziamento particolare a Gianluca per i fantastici massaggi! 🤩 A presto Greta e Luca
