THIS WAS THE WORST STAY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. UPON CHECKING IN IT WAS H***. I HAD TO CALL THE HOTEL WHILE STANDING AT COUNTER BECAUSE NO ONE WAS THERE.. WE GET INTO THE ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONSIDERED CLEANED, NEGATIVE. THE BED WAS MADE BUT IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE LAID ACROSS IT. I WENT TO USE THE RESTROOM AND THERE WAS NO TISSUE. I HAD TO CALL TWICE FOR TISSUE. WENT TO WASH MY HANDS AND THERE WAS NO SOAP OT TOWELS SO I HAD TO CALL TWICE AGAIN. I ASKED FOR A ROOM CHANGE AND SHE SAID THEY WERE FULL. I THEN CALLED FROM MY CELLPHONE TO INQUIRE ABOUT A ROOM AND SHE STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS FOR THE ROOM TYPE I DESIRED, SO SHE LIED TO ME.WE FINALLY GOT THE NECESSITIES WE NEEDED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED ALREADY. WE BEGAN TO UNWIND AND MY HUSBAND JUMPED IP TO KILL TWO ROACHES AND A BUG BECAUSE OF THE SPACE ON THE DOOR AND DOORFRAME. I’M READY TO GO BUT THE ROOM WAS ALREADY PAID FOR. TURNED ON THE AC AND IT WASN’T COOLING OFF SO I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AGAIN. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD GET COOLER LATER TONIGHT WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN. THE ROOM DIDN'T COOL OFF UNTIL THE EVENING OF THE SECOND DAY. WE LEFT FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS AND UPON RETURN THERE WAS ANOTHER ROACH AND MIND YOU THERE WAS NO FOOD LEFT OUT. MY HUSBAND WENT TO SHOWER AND A TICK OR SMALL INSECT WAS ON THE FACE TOWEL. I TOOK PICTURES OF THE INSECTS. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT ANOTHER OYO PROPERTY AGAIN. WE DESERVE A REFUND FOR THE H*** WE WENT THROUGH. THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE OF TEXAS LICENSING AND INSPECTIONS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BECAUSE I DONT WANT NOBODY TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE WENT THROUGH!
