Heritage Hotel Petrakija

離最近的tram station 大概走10分鐘。地方有點難找，在斜坡上。但是房間還是很讚的，2個大床，浴室也很大。 早餐還可以，能吃飽。

I've traveled through 46 countries and this staff was the most friendly and welcoming of all places I've visited. The hotel is perfectly located so that you can walk everywhere. Lots of nice restaurants, shopping, and attractions very close by. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had daily service. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with a nice selection of options each day. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Small, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location . Although it is 5 min walk from the old city it is quiet and safe. Delicious breakfast with good selection of local delicacies. Wonderful staff. Omar in particular made us feel ‘at home’. Every one was helpful and friendly. Thank you for making our stay very special

Arrived approx 10:30am was met with a really friendly female at the reception… although we were early was informed as soon as one room became available we would be allowed to check in early… was given a room downstairs, room was bit tight, and toilet in this room was very tiny however because of the way we were greeted and the early checkin we ignored the fact that this was a small room… we had 4 rooms the others on the first floor were really nice plenty of space bigger bathrooms too.. Location is probably one of the best you can get for the price of the hotel. Literally 5 mins from the centre where there are plenty of restaurants night life etc… Breakfast was included and honestly could not complain Velna made breakfast for us and when I needed anything different at breakfast she would go out of her way and accommodate of possible.. she use to clean our rooms daily too really friendly went above and beyond if and when required… Female at reception again exceptional service, explained everything thoroughly and really welcoming her name was Amna she was one of those gems who I know had an issue risen she would go out of her way to sort out… one example one of the rooms had faulty air conditioning, once we told her she made sure the issue was sorted as she couldn’t get the air conditioner fixed she got another room cleaned despite it being late and give us another room. Thankyou Amna We went with a group of 8 lads and 100% we would go back again…. Finally met one of the owners of the hotel Arman had a brew with him any major issues speak to Arman or Amna recommend this hotel to all. But try and get rooms on 1st floor as larger bathrooms.

Could not recommend this hotel enough, great location, breakfast and above all staff. Went above and beyond for me and my friend, really made us feel at home and embraced us into Bosnian Culture. Will definitely be returning, the whole team were a joy to be around!

The hotel itself is very small and the room was tiny, barely enough room to walk around, however the location is absolutely amazing! The breakfast provided was nothing to write home about but it did the job. They stated on check in that a vegan alternative would be provided for my friend however this amounted to old fruit. The staff were actually very nice and quite helpful when asked for advice about things. The main reason for the poor review however is that items were stolen from my room on checkout. I forgot the items when we checked out. I didn’t think this much of a big deal as we were returning to the hotel 90 minutes later. In our arrival the cleaning person was in the room and the items that I left were no where to be seen, when I asked about this at the front desk. The receptionist became very dismissive, and just looked at his screen. When asked if they have a lost and found he just responded if we find anything we will let you know! I didn’t directly accuse them of stealing as I thought it was implied, that is the only option, the room was left for 90 minutes and upon return items were missing…

Recently stayed in this hotel, receptionists were friendly. Hotel has key fob access between 23.00-07.00. There is free breakfast from 0800 aswell as free wifi. We had 2 double beds in the room, which was spacious for 3 adults, bathroom was sufficient. The location was convenient and near a taxi rank to gain access to and from the airport. Enjoyable time in this hotel.

We stayed three nights at Heritage hotel Petrakija during our stay in Sarajevo. They were very friendly and extremely helpful (with restaurant & car reservations, etc), the rooms are large, beautiful and very clean. The hotel is situated in center. The breakfast was amazing. We definitely recommend this hotel for everyone staying in Sarajevo.

I like this hotel, because of perfect breakfast, good hospitable service ,good price. Thanks to its location close to everywhere, we had a nice holiday. hotel staff support you in every way. You don't feel like a foreigner. It is gratifying that there are people who ask about our satisfaction every day and try to be helpful.
