The hotel is in a superb location and the staff on the front desk are so helpful and knowledgeable. Even when stumped by a query, they went online to try to answer it. There are two areas in which it could improve, the first is that on one night there was only one member of staff on the desk, and lots of queries. I’ve no idea what would have happened if he’d had to go anywhere, so please have a minimum of two staff members on. The second is the WiFi, no one should have to pay extra for WiFi in these times, especially when the computer for visitor use is broken. I get the argument that otherwise the costs would go up, but I doubt anyone would mind that! Thanks
