What an amazing experience, everyone had the best time and made memories that will last a lifetime. Couldn’t be more grateful! The facility here exceed all expectations and we had enough room to enjoy a game of family rounders till 11pm at night. The hot tubs were phenomenal and the staff were more than helpful. I would definitely recommend you stay here and make it an experience to never forget as me and my family have!!! X

Booked a 3 bedroom lodge for me and the kids for the week and was really impressed. The lodge was spotless and and had everything you would need for your stay included a well equipped kitchen with dish washer. It is in a lovely location close to lots of local attractions and there is a supermarket nearby, The staff were friendly and very helpful and communication with the owner prior to stay was great as I had a few questions which she answered very quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be back!

I went in August for my daughter’s 21st birthday celebrations with family and was warmly welcomed to excellent sized rooms with a cosy feel. We made good use of the hot tub and facilities. These were all kept very clean which helped to make the stay even more special!

4 adults, 1 toddler and a baby booked the 3 bedroom lodge. On view it looks lovely, the location, scenery and style of the lodges, all beautiful. Before I go into detail of our stay I need to mention Gilly, the lady taking care of the lodges on behalf of the owners is fantastic and one of the nicest people you could ever meet! The owners on the other hand……. Obviously do not care for their guests and are incredibly rude! As mentioned we booked the 3 bedroom lodge to sleep 6 people in total inclusive of a toddler and baby. Sadly we could only use 2 rooms as the 3rd had a LOCKED (**important point**) cupboard which was making a ridiculously loud beeping noise. We mentioned the noise to Gilly as soon as we saw her and she arranged for someone to come the next day, unlock the cupboard and fix the noise. This was done the following morning and we had no issue for a couple of hours. Later the same day the owners sent someone else back to turn the electronics back on which were making the noise and the beeping started again! Another night the bedroom was unsuitable for anyone to sleep in yet we’re expected to pay full price for. The baby was in with myself and husband and toddler had to share the other double bed with grandparents which was quite the squeeze and very warm! Back to the fact this cupboard was locked, when we contacted the owners to request some compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused by the lack of 3rd bedroom for our 3 night stay, their response was ‘you should have opened it’ ! When I re-explained the cupboard was, again, LOCKED, they have decided to ignore my correspondence. There were a number of other shabby issues with the lodge; cheap and flimsy cooking utensils which for a self catering lodge prevented any cooking being able to be done for more than a single person let alone the 6 people the lodge *should sleep, old broken furniture (luckily Gilly was able to replace swiftly before our toddler could hurt herself on a chair with a broken back rest) and the shower literally fell to bits which left the handyman in stitches laughing at how bad shape it was in! Overall the idea of the lodges in the setting seem ideal but the reality is far from. I would not recommend to anyone. Gilly, go somewhere that deserves you as you are too good for this place.

Stayed here several times over the years, in summer and in winter. Very well appointed and comfortable. Spotless on arrival, with a friendly welcome from Gilly. Kitchen has everything you need, including dishwasher. Bedrooms are cosy, with comfy beds. Good shower rooms, and living room. Location is great for visiting Central Scotland. Although there for a graduation the nearby University of Stirling, we easily drive to Loch Lomond and St Andrews. Good spot. It is near to a fairly busy road, but this was not a problem. The only negative was parking when the other lodges were full with multiple guests. It would be an idea to marked at least one parking as reserved for each lodge when they are all booked. Otherwise, recommend the place.

I came here for my hen party July 7th to july9 it was an amazing experience gilly was absolutely fantastic with us anything we needed was tendened to the view and location was beautiful. Thanks for making my hen a blast and great experience. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic weekend for Nieces hen weekend. Lodge was beautiful beds comfy nice and clean. Hot tub was very good. GILLY made us feel very welcome and nothing was a bother she kept the hot tub clean and was very pleasant to talk to. Only issue we had was finding the right key to open different doors. They are going to colour code them to make it easier to find the right keys.

James was great, very helpful through out the stay. The accommodation is clean and tidy, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is handy for exploring. I only gave it 4 star because of the road noise coming from the main road, it went on all night and is enough of an issue that we wouldn’t stay here again.
