Micosta Leisure Inn

This place is super cute! A short walk through a magical little garden led to our room upstairs with an amazing view from the balcony of the area around, tree line, and a veggie garden beyond the magical garden. At dusk, so many birds were saying good night and then so many fireflies started sparkling. I don't think I've stayed in a more well-stocked place that was not a whole house or apartment. I even saw a crock pot! So homey and cozy, little table and chairs, a couple granola bars and candy bars, a couple trays of ice, handy burner for making coffee in my French press in the morning. Bed was comfortable, A/C worked well. We didn't hear any sounds from other people at all but we noticed other people's cars in the lot in the morning. This place is a 10 out of 10 for being peaceful. I got a call earlier in the afternoon on the day of our stay and so check in was eliminated and we just went to our room when we arrived. Our host waved hi and told us to let him know if we needed anything. Well done, Steven (Stephen?) Thank you for a great night and morning, and all of the thoughtful things in the room! Take a few minutes to look at the waterfall from the other side of the parking lot in the morning if you arrive in the dark. I wanted to explore the abandoned factory on the other side of the river but we already had an itinerary full of attractions mapped out. I was too busy enjoying and relaxing to take pics but our room looked just like the pic here.
