The room was quite pleasant, featuring spacious accommodations that made it feel inviting. The coffee machine was a delightful way to start the day. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Overall, the room had a generous size, allowing for easy movement and relaxation. The shower was another highlight. General areas could do with a update. Reception is too small. Breakfast was an absolute disgrace

Stayed here for a work event nearby with colleagues. After a slow start checking in, we were soon safe in our rooms. It is a bit odd, with the reception, bar and restaurant on street level, with the rooms on floors 7 through to 10, with offices in between (empty). Reasonably priced, and near to bars and restaurants, would use again. Staff were nice, but service was slow on reception for checking in - only one there with a queue of 9 at one point, and the following morning when we wanted to upgrade our breakfasts, were told to get our employer to pay for this before we arrived. We will be feeding this back to them too.

Fantastic location for The Lowry (5 mins walk) and trams into City Centre (3 mins walk). Very modern building. Great predictable Premier Inn standard. Discounted secure multi-story car park next door. Would definitely stay here again when visiting The Lowry and would highly recommend.

Everything about this Premier Inn was excellent, from staff to location. I would highly recommend and would happily stay there again. The food was lovely and the kitchen looked spotlessly clean with all stainless steel cookers and kitchen items.

We've stayed here a good many times now ... whenever we go to a show at the Lowry It's very convenient for the quays and has a multi-story car park alongside. The hotel offers a discounted overnigt parking rate. It is everything you expect a Premier Inn to be. the food service is probably a cut above. Breakfast is especially good. Much nicer than the nearby PI on the other side of the Quays

The location was fabulous we stayed for the open day for Salford University and it was a 5 minute walk. The parking is great as well just next door and you get half off if you get your ticket validated. Everything was right on your doorstep. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a good nights rest. The area is quiet and very clean and nice. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We checked in latish and were greeted with a smile and very helpful receptionist who re-arranged our rooms to be near each other without even us having to ask. The same girl was working in the restaurant when we went down for dinner and again was very helpful with a suggestion for a meal deal which saved us some money. Good choice on the menu, well presented and tasty meal. Our room was on the 7th floor, very quiet, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and fairly well equipped. Breakfast was help yourself so set us up for the day.

Great location, half an hour on the tram network from Piccadilly station, ideal for visits to the Lowry Theatre and attractions within the area of Media City, including Coronation Street, Dock 10 television studios and BBC. Would definitely recommend this Premier Inn, everything about our stay was enjoyable.

Premier Plus room, good size, clean and tidy. Bed very comfortable, floor 10 quiet so had a great night's sleep. Nice desk space with coffee machine. Iron and board very handy. Bathroom nice and simple, rain shower over bath, always very hot water available. Evening meals nice, good portion sizes. Buffet breakfast has selection of hot and cold. Best thing was the staff, really pleasant and helpful even when really busy. Had an issue but staff went out of their way to solve it. Mike was extremely helpful. Will stay here again when I'm the area.
