Gleichzeitig bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie aufgrund von Lärm in der Nacht keinen erholsamen Schlaf finden konnten. Wir verstehen, wie wichtig Ruhe für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ist, und nehmen Ihr Feedback sehr ernst. Wir werden das Fenster nochmals hinsichtlich des Schallschutzes prüfen um sicherzustellen, dass es bei zukünftigen Aufenthalten nicht mehr vorkommt. Gerne können Gäste bei der Buchung den Wunsch nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer angeben – wir tun unser Bestes, solche Wünsche zu berücksichtigen. Bitte haben Sie jedoch Verständnis, dass wir aufgrund der sehr zentralen Lage nicht dafür garantieren können, dass es komplett ruhig ist.
