We stayed at this hotel by redeeming my Marriott points in full. A few days after we checked out, my credit card was charged for $60. I spoke with David, and although he told me to research the charge and get back to me, I never heard back from him. I called him back in 2 weeks, but a lady who answered my call was unable to help me at all. She assured me that she will have David call me back, but he is still ignoring me. I finally got the refund after disputing the charge with my bank, and the whole process took me more than 2 months. I will definitely not stay here again.
