The Windflower Resort & Spa, Coorg

We had a delightful stay at Windflower Coorg. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally spacious, and even the living area was generously sized. We stayed in a premium studio for two nights, surrounded by beautiful coffee plantations. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, offering a wide variety of options at the live counters. Chef Pradip went the extra mile to prepare customized meals for our infant, while Mr. Muhammad was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it's a highly recommended place if you're planning a trip to Coorg.

If anyone is planning to stay in Coorg, I highly recommend the Windflower property. The hospitality they provide is exceptional, and the atmosphere is truly unmatched. The staff at Windflower Coorg are fantastic and offer unwavering support in every situation.

Excellent service provide by staff and always helpful in every steps from joining to exit in resort , also provide knowledge of local culture and tradition . If u talk about cleanliness then , places look like spit and span and added preparation of vegetable foods are so hygienic .

Review: A New Year’s Nightmare – Stay Away! We had the most appalling experience at this hotel during New Year’s. Despite paying a premium, the stay was riddled with issues that completely ruined our holiday. To begin with, the shower area near the pool didn’t even have a functioning shower, and the towels provided were torn. Upon raising complaints, we were shifted to a bungalow that was worse—it reeked of unwashed socks, the doors didn’t shut properly, and the interior doors were also faulty. To make matters worse, my brother got stuck in the bathroom because the door wouldn’t open. He was trapped inside for 20 minutes before anyone responded, and even then, the staff took their time addressing the issue. After this ordeal, we were moved yet again to two suite rooms. However, the problems persisted—the electrical switches didn’t work, and the shower areas were filthy. To compensate, we were offered a complimentary spa, but even that turned out to be a disappointment. The towels in the spa were stinking, which made the experience unbearable. The manager who assisted us with the final villa questioned what more we could possibly expect from them, which was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. Adding to the frustration, the general manager didn’t even bother to show up or take accountability, nor were we offered a refund for this miserable experience. The hotel’s photos online are highly misleading and don’t reflect the poor conditions they actually provide. Spending New Year’s here was a grave mistake. The lack of basic hygiene, poor maintenance, and dismissive management made this stay intolerable. For the amount they charge, you’re better off choosing a more reliable property. Around 20 couples/friends spent a weekend at Windflower Coorg. The positives- Good choice of food during all the meals. The choice of non veg and veg good. All made fresh and tasty. The service staff were excellent. The chefs at the live counter, the housekeeping, the service at the dining We had a gentleman take us for a nice nature walk explaining the different plants, trees, seasons etc. The Spa was fairly good too. Both Ayurvedic and Balanese were done well. The Negatives- Room and bathroom badly needs to be upgraded. The bed linen, taps in the bathroom and towels were poor quality. The pillows were hard too. Thank you- To Front officer supervisor Balaji who was there at work first thing in the morning nad stayed up till every one were back in the rooms. All the other service staff were good too

I had an amazing stay at wind flower The location was beautiful, the staff was friendly especially sachin,krithika,shathanu etc…and attentive, and the amenities were top-notch. From the stunning views to the great dining options and luxurious spa, it was the perfect getaway. Highly recommend!
