Swindon Central

This hotel was almost perfect. If I cud give it 99.9% I would! Lol. The beds great, food exceptional, staff amazing. Why did u lose ur 10th of 1%? No decaf teabags!!! Staff were apologetic but couldn't help, but please management sort it soon as we will be returning.

Staff so helpful. Our daughter was unwell over night and Mel on front desk couldn't have been more helpful or supportive to take some of the stress out of trying to make her comfortable without home comforts. Will definitely be coming back when we need to stay over in Swindon.

This was an unexpected stay due to traffic /weather but it was very pleasant. Very clean and tidy and very friendly. Could have done with the pub next to it serving food until a bit later though

Easy to locate, on a main junction in the centre of Swindon. Close to rail and bus station. Super friendly staff a good team . Comfortable room very clean throughout, the bathroom sink was cracked. My only problem was the road noise, I was in room 118 . Not being used to it I Brought ear plugs. The breakfast set up was well presented. I didn't have the cooked breakfast, instead opted for the yogurt and fresh fruit with a good selection available.

Absolutely Brilliant experience - from book-in to check-out ! The Reception Staff are Ace - pleasant, polite, AND helpful ! 🥇🏆🌟👏 BOOK-in at Reception was easy, efficient, and a pleasure ! I didn’t have to do it online ! There was a good selection of food - and it was very well-prepared, and timely served by very observant and pleasant staff 🏆🥇. My room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the bed was absolutely lovely - a good height and a firm ish mattress. All the equipment worked fine, and all the complimentary items were present - with more available. 🏆🥇. Everyone - and Everything - was Absolutely Fine. It’s the Staff which make or break a hotel - and the Staff here, hped make it the lovely experience I had. Many thanks to each and everyone of you. 🥇🏆🌟 👏😀

I've stayed here for work on and off for the last few weeks and can honestly say the staff have made this hotel experience so much more enjoyable - nothing is ever too much trouble! The breakfast team I've had - Emma, Alison and the incredible Tyler have always gone above and beyond what I was expecting and made me feel incredibly welcome every morning. A special mention goes to chef Jevon - when he worked early, made the best poached eggs I've ever had (he and Emma always recommended evening meal combinations too - that were as personalised as could be!) Faheem, Cindy, Courtney, Ollie, Jasmine have all been incredible front of house staff - a special mention to Donna who always made sure I was looked after for the evening meal, every night! This isn't a fake review, or one done for a friend. I learnt names because they were all so personable - it really does make a difference and was appreciated. A genuine thankyou for making my stay more enjoyable. The hotel is new, modern and isn't lacking... except for the WiFi, which is a bad as I'd expect if staying anywhere in the vicinity of Chernobyl. The staff work hard round the clock and really do make the stay more than worthwhile. I'd come back for the poached eggs alone.
