Very beautiful hotel located in the heart of salsomaggiore. rooms are very beautiful and spacious. the wellness area is very well done. breakfast delicious, with great variety. i would have given the max of score but i found very dishonest the fact that they put the water bottles in the fridge, without pricelist, and make you assume it s free, and finally let you pay for it. with 38 degrees water should be offered , but anyway if you want to give something at extra price you need to mention it (like they do in all other hotels i ve been)!!! dishonesty is not acceptable other small hic is the parking that is not available in the hotel, but at few minutes walking (but okay, it s a carless zone, so i understand the constraints)

Stayed here for three nights. Staf were super friendly and helpful. When we arrived at Salsomaggiore train station on a Sunday none of the taxi drivers were working s owe phoned the hotel and they arranged for a driver to come pick us up, they also arranged for a taxi for us to get to Fidenza train station when we left and skip out the train from Salsomaggiore to Fidenza hassels. This hotel had nice spacious rooms, quiet, clean, well maintained daily. Rooms had a fridge, safe, hair dryer, comfortable bed, nice sofa, TV and free wi-fi. The hotel had an onsite restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a free buffet breakfast. Breakfast was a good selection of eggs, bacon, pastries, cereals, juice, fruits, mini-sandwiches, quiche, pizza and other items. We were always full after!! The hotel has a nice bar /lounge to grab a drink and relax too. Can't thank the staff enough for making our visit a really good one. We were visiting off-season as Salsomaggiore is more of a summer town but don't let that dissuade you from visiting anytime. The spas are open year round and there are plenty of restaurants and sights to see, with the local salt castles offering tours. Loved our time here and thanks again to all the staff who went out of their way to make it such an enjoyable vacation for us!!

Memore dell'esperienza positiva siamo tornati in questa struttura. E' un quattro stelle quasi a conduzione familiare e con personale accogliente gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera era una matrimoniale superior, pulita e luminosissima. Il parquet e le travi in legno danno quel senso di calore ed accoglienza. Camera molto semplice negli arredi, il bagno piccolo e non finestrato (trattandosi di un palazzo ottocentesco immagino che certe modifiche siano state dettate da obblighi strutturali), il letto è risultato essere con il materasso particolarmente duro e scomodo. Mancano alcune coccole del tipo bollitore con relativi infusi, frigo bar con scelte varie anche di snack (c'era solo acqua), accappatoi, set di cortesia. Colazione variegata tra dolce e salato, non tantissima scelta ma tutto di buona qualità. Quando ci sarà occasione torneremo anche per provare il ristorante (nella speranza di trovare materassi più confortevoli). Struttura consigliata e consigliabile.
