The staffs were very accommodating. Food is good. Convenient location for food,stores and near the train station. The inhouse restaurant offers good beer.

Good location, good amenities, had a decent stay overall. Recommended!

Overall, room is clean, service is good, location is strategic with direct access to public transport. Service can be improved where they initially assigned a standard room size equipped with superior double bed to us who reserved a superior double room. Unfortunately we have to stay a night in the assigned room before shifting to the intended room. Photos below are the initially assigned room where it is different from the pictures shown on Trip.com for superior double room. Overall, it is still a good hotel.

Plenty of Car parking places available

Rooms were clean and spacious however gave 3 stars for amenities because the bed was so stiff and hard. Not comfortable for 5 star hotel listing.

Breakfast was fantastic, the hotel has 2 rooms for breakfast. The room is clean and big. Value for money.

Execellent buffet

Traditional hotel with little amenities inside room, lots of restaurants and food to choose within their plaza. Bed/ pillow & tv wasn’t up to standard

Everything is good. Necessary items are available, such as tooth brush, slippers....etc. (as these days many hotels simply don't have them in the room unless you request via room service). One thing that I found a bit "disappointing" is: there is no power outlet around the night stands. That would be handy if I could continue to use my phone in bed and also get my phone charged.

Great service. Gym has adequate equipment for machine and free weight training, only missing a pull up and dip station. Location is great, nearby many great restaurants and shops. Staff and Concierge are exceptional and helpful in every way possible. In room coffee is limited to instant powder Nescafé packs if you’re a coffee person. Beds perfect, firm but not stiff.

This hotel has seen better days. Like much better days. Spacious rooms, but looks & feels old, service to match and mediocre breakfast too. Location not the best either.

Service needs to be upgraded. Quality of services provided at breakfast areas(at two different levels ) were quite different.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is its location is quite nice. Amenities are severely outdated. The entire hotel feels like a relic of the 1980s. It’s scheduled for a massive renovation and will probably be much better once they complete it. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid the deposit through trip.com then was required to pay again at the front desk upon checking in. When I went to check out they claimed that I had not paid anything at all. I even showed them the charges on my credit card and the trip.com transaction information. They only acquiesced when I threatened to call the police. I think this hotel is dealing with financial issues and is perhaps scamming unsuspecting guests.
