Room cleaning was done very efficiently and done daily.. people at the Recep were super helpful

The location is the best selling point of this hotel. Love how convenient it is and it’s near to the Zhongshan area where there are many nice cute shops around. The only downside is the hotel is actually a little old but it’s well-maintained so nonetheless it’s still not that bad! They should consider replacing the old chair for the study table, it's bulky for the small room, uncomfortable and hard to move the wheel around. 😕 The room also comes with a bathtub! 😃

Tango Nanshi has consistently been my preferred hotel choice whenever I visit Taiwan. Located in the vibrant Zhongshan area, it offers an unbeatable location surrounded by numerous eateries and cafes both in front and behind the hotel. Additionally, having a metro station conveniently situated directly beneath the hotel, serving two train lines, adds to its accessibility. One of the most important reason why I always chose Tango is undoubtedly the comfort of their beds, providing a restful night's sleep each time. Moreover, the inclusion of access to Netflix and Prime on their TV adds an extra level of convenience and entertainment during downtime. Overall, my experience at Tango Nanshi has always been exceptional, and I look forward to returning again in the future.

It’s good place to go around, everything is easy to find, I like it

Very accessible just 2 min walk from Zhongshan metro. Hotel staff are very friendly and they top up the daily bottled drinks, coffee tea packets, and fridge items regularly even if we never use them. Room is tidy and clean as well, recommended for future stay

The staff is friendly and nice. The room has a bathtub with jacuzzi mode. The toilet is like japanese style toilet with automation.

位置：超好，很靠近捷運站 環境：熱鬧區域 人來人往 隔音卻很好 服務：超好，飯店服務還送了洗內衣服務。 配備的茶葉也好香 ❤️ 唯一缺點：枕頭偏軟 有點不適合我 房間比較小，我的大行李開不了 整體都滿意哦！免治馬桶是我的最愛❤️

天閣酒店規模不大，但是地段超好，在南京西路，樓下兩邊新光三越百貨公司和誠品生活，交通便捷，捷運中山站就在樓下。酒店房間乾淨整潔，房間設施和服務都很棒。

地理位置很好，前台服務人員態度友善，但衛生程度極差。房務清潔非常不足，到處都是灰塵。用完一次性拖鞋不幫忙丟，垃圾也清潔不足。走廊一陣臭味，令人作嘔。 唯一好處前台服務有求必應。

首先服務人員都很好，酒店位置的確很方便，中山3號一出來就是了，但是酒店蠻舊的，設施上各種硬件的東西實在不行。比如說房間裡面床頭櫃和燈罩的塵都很多。而本來特別訂了帶按摩浴缸的房間，但浴缸卻一開按摩功能還掉了兩個按摩水壓的框出來..智能馬桶感應也不太好，才住了一晚，房卡還需要跑上跑下兩次重設才感應得到順利進房門。還有就是房間裡連一個usb充電 插頭都沒有，實在很不方便

前台：服務人員完全沒有笑容，態度不好，完全沒有welcome 的感覺，就像不歡迎你來住一樣。之前住其他的分店，進門經過前台工作人員都會跟你打招呼，這邊是完全沒有，當你透明一樣。 房間：浴室發霉的情況非常嚴重，有點嘔心。冷氣槽也是不乾淨。（如圖）地氈感覺有很多東西咬，不太乾淨。 其他想要居住這間分店的人請注意：不知道是不是每個房都是一樣的，廁所門口是透明玻璃+磨砂玻璃，（可看圖）完全不適合帶着小朋友，同事，朋友一起下榻，因為當你在裏面上廁所的時候，你在擦屁股，脫衣服，都會給坐在床上的同伴清清楚楚一覽無遺。 Front Desk: The service staff at the front desk showed no smile and had a bad attitude. There was no sense of welcome, as if they didn't want you to stay. I have stayed at other branches before, and the front desk staff would always greet you when you enter. Here, it was as if you were invisible. Room: The bathroom had severe mold, which was quite disgusting. The air conditioning vent was also not clean. (See picture) The carpet felt like it had many things biting on it and was not very clean. For others who considering staying at this branch, please note: I'm not sure if every room is the same, but the bathroom door is made of transparent glass and frosted glass. (See picture) It is not suitable for staying with children, colleagues, or friends because when you're inside using the toilet, wiping yourself, or changing clothes, everything is clearly visible to your companions sitting on the bed.

在trip.com睇過20間酒店以上既資料同評價，最後揀選了天閣南西館。首先地理位置非常方便，中山捷位3號出口一走樓梯上來行前20步就是酒店門口；如果有行李建議使用4號出口的升降機上落，同樣十分方便。另外，可以從地下街行去台北車站，又可以步行到寧夏夜市，路程約十分鐘多少少。至於早餐，非常慶幸訂房前見到有位日本旅客在YouTube 介紹，就算連住兩晚都跟訂早餐，以只有幾十個房間既酒店來講，早餐選擇好豐富，各式種類都有，而且用餐時間由7:00-10:30，到10:00仍然會補充食物，更有些菜式是會每天轉換，連70多歲的爸爸媽媽都認為好味同對胃口。值得一提，房內浴室的按摩浴池跟電視，無論老人家還是小朋友都十分滿意。下次再來台北我唔使再辛苦搵酒店喇🙌🏼

冷氣會涼，但調整冷氣的方式不太人性直觀，請服務人員入房協助才比較清楚如何調整，不過調整起來也十分不太容易 其他的服務與地段十分好，距離中山捷運站僅3分鐘不到

近半年第二次入住天閣集團飯店，這次房型以北市四星飯店算寬敞，浴缸也有按摩功能，泡澡同時有電視可觀看。 衛生上不合格，理由為躺床方向右側床頭櫃有聞到異味，已經沾黏在飯店地毯上，當晚飯店櫃檯也顯示客滿，估計無法做換房服務，於隔日退房才與櫃檯反應。 櫃檯表示，可於當下反應，飯店或許能提供清淨機等輔助清除異味，以上體驗提供予未來會入住天閣集團的旅客參考。
