Resposta da hospedagem: Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for choosing to stay at Fullon Hotel Taoyuan Airport MRT A8 and for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely regret that this experience caused you discomfort. We would like to clarify that our staff entered the sauna area after receiving a report regarding a situation involving an outside member. As we were concerned about the safety and well-being of all guests, our staff went to check on the situation. Before entering the steam room, our staff knocked on the door; however, due to the enclosed environment, it is possible that the knock was not heard. The staff member involved was also of the same gender, and the intention was to confirm the situation rather than to question or accuse you.We understand that this interaction may have made you feel uncomfortable, and we sincerely apologize for the distress it caused. Your comments have been shared with the relevant department so that we can continue improving our communication and service procedures while ensuring the safety and privacy of all guests.Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with a more pleasant experience in the future.
