We are short of words to thank Mr. Anoop Pandey, the GM and Staff for our incredible stay at your wonderful Hotel – JW Marriott, Mussoorie. The Service was par excellence. I believe the GM under his dynamic leadership has created a commendable core, emotional, functional and a culture of service excellence in the Hotel which is worthy of being emulated by other Hotels. Absolutely amazing, unbelievable and much more than just desirable level of customer service. There are a few staff members who deserve more than a special mention and recognition : GM – Anoop Pandey - a highly dynamic, vibrant, ‘hands on’ leader. I strongly believe he is highly instrumental in creating a superb Brand for the Hotel. He was always visible to guests and we could sense that he had the pulse of the entire Hotel. I strongly believe Anoop has an extremely bright future for who he is - as an inspiring leader. Anoop has initiated a wonderful initiative of a ‘stay custodian’ - which was indeed a welcome and effective move and was wonderfully signed off as ‘Responsibly Yours’’ ! Anoop is a tremendous leadership asset to the JW Marriott Brand with a great potential of being a world class Global leader. Roopa Singh – Director of Operations. An energetic manager who personally enquired about our well-being and of all the guests. She has a very pro-active and pleasant disposition and exuded ownership & complete control of the Hotel operations. She made herself visible during all the key events. A great asset to the Hotel. Front Office : Akanksha, FO Manager and Neha Rajawat, Front Office Associate– a very warm welcome was organised by the FO Manager, Akanksha, as also, an efficient and seamless check in process. My compliments to Akanksha for leading a great FO Team. Neha, as the FO Associate was excellent and extremely engaged – she assisted us in the check in process and briefed us about the property with keen interest. Neha is a great asset to the Front Office. It was wonderful to receive a parting gift too from Akanksha! Guest Relations – Mohit : He made it a point to reach out and assisted us in making the most of our time in the Hotel. F&B : Chef Sainath Naik: Riyamani, Shivam, Bharti, Rohit, Meheswar - They made our experience memorable. A special mention particularly of Chef Sainath - he was exceptional- tremendous energy to serve and very caring. We could sense Sainath’s intrinsic heart and desire towards service excellence. I wish to compliment the other staff members mentioned too for their heart of service, particularly Shivam who went out of his way to serve us. We much appreciated Shivam and Meheswar asking us if they could pack us some food for the way - very thoughtful indeed. They left an impact on us. Housekeeping: Kasim. He was extremely caring, thoughtful and absolutely wonderful. He demonstrated an outstanding standard of Housekeeping.
