Hypoallergenic Natural latex mattresses with hypoallergenic down free alternative bedding. Both Bathroom have been recently remodeled with new tile, sinks, fixtures and amenities. The dining room has French doors that open out to backyard with a covered patio, gas grill, pool and a large deck. Both the front and backyards are trimmed with palm trees and native plants with a drought resistant desert landscape. This is done using the hot tub gas heater. A technican will come out to heat the pool. The pool stays warm enough to swim in the winter for 3-7 days depending on the temperature, the heat generated by the solar heater and if the pool cover is when it is not in use. If the pool is too cold to swim in, we can heat it up for you.
