Booked the hotel for son's marriage. Booked 16 rooms for 3 days with all family functions related to marriage. Everything was perfectly organised from venue to food to room service and so on. Special thanks to Ms. Sharon Jacob for arranging everything as per our requirement and helping us in deciding the food menu for 5 occasions for almost 300 guests Location little odd but for convenient for us. Special arrangements for groom and bride were made. Staff very courteous and helping

This is our second visit to this place. We were already impressed from our last visit that we chose to stay here this time too. However, the experience was at a whole new level. Though I live abroad now, I have lived in India and particularly in Mumbai for many years. I am not new to the culture and tradition that one can experience on a daily basis here. Given that background I was pleasantly surprised to see every member of the staff go over and beyond their call of duty. Starting with the front desk, travel desk, in-room dining, F&B team and I could go on. There was one particular issue with my reservation that I was trying to settle over email. When it took longer than usual, the competent team of Shreya & Nupur took care of it quickly and efficiently. We were here on a vacation and as soon as the F&B team at the restaurant realized it, they made us feel at home. They even offered us special Maharashtrian cuisine during our stay. We would get one special dish each day. I have seen such hospitality only when we stay with friends and relatives. One particular example is when we were offered a dish and we shared it amongst us (party of 3) and one of the staff member got us another serving of the same item. During our stay, the F&B managers would check on our needs and more importantly the chefs would come around and check on our experience. Truly phenomenal experience and I haven’t had such experience at any other place and I have traveled the world. Finally, we cannot forget the farewell platter that they presented on the last day. So touching!! Here are some names that I would like to acknowledge and I am surely I am missing more.
