All good -- and I will go back -- but one issue: electricity turns off (including A/C) when one removes the key card from the slot and leaves the room. Upon return, it can be an excruciating twenty minute wait until the room cools down. And you can't leave the room to wait elsewhere (unless you have a second card key) - the key is needed in the slot to keep the A/C running to cool the room! Hope they address this. Otherwise, very nice. Room was clean, in good condition. Breakfast was fine, not a huge selection, but entirely satisfactory. Near several nice restaurants, massage, dentist, night market, and McDonalds.
