Firstly, I have noticed that after the daily room cleaning services, certain items were consistently missing or overlooked. For instance, the bathrobe was never replaced, despite its regular use. Additionally, the housekeepers consistently neglected to make up the baby cot, as there were no bed sheets provided for it.
Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the glass I used was not properly washed. Even on the following day, I could still see sticky dirt residue on the glass when I attempted to reuse it. This lack of cleanliness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's standards.
Another concerning observation was that the dirty bathrobes were hung directly on the bathroom hanger instead of being replaced with clean ones. This raises doubts about the overall cleanliness and hygiene practices. To ensure proper identification of used or dirty bathrobes and towels, I would place them on the bathtub, as they would naturally become wet. However, to my surprise, upon returning to my room, I discovered that the wet, dirty bathrobes were hanging behind the toilet door. This leads me to question whether the housekeepers diligently replaced the bed sheets, as my child has been experiencing severe red spots allergy on her face when waking up in the past few mornings.
Moreover, after making up the room, some of the replaced shampoo and shower gel were half-filled which means they were recycled from another room.
