I was on business trip to Thiruvananthapuram and stayed in Vivanta. I had an amazing hospitality experience since my check in to check out. Their rooms cozy and comfortable. My best dining experience was here. I would thank and appreciate efforts of Ms Pooja (who was attending in restaurant: Mint) for her whole heartedly serving food, reminding me of hospitality experience in rajasthan. She must truly following the Sanskrit quote "Atithi Devo Bhava" in the gods on country & also Mr Mahesh. Both of these person made my stay most memorable. I would appreciate support recieved from Chef Mr. Amar nath singh. He was visiting dining area frequently and taking feedback back from guest for food quality and taste, as well as he offered to prepare anything if I wish and not on table. He made my Saturday easy by cooking food without onion garlic ( I observed fast on Saturday), I only have satvik food on Saturday. Ms. Pooja also provide complete details of Shree Padmanabh Swamy Temple (Timing, route, Prasad, dress, and all minute details). Thank you Vivanta for hosting me and making my stay most memorable.

A particular highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a diverse selection of dishes that catered to all tastes. Overall, the combination of attentive service, exquisite dining options, and comfortable accommodations at Taj Vivanta in Thiruvananthapuram made for an unforgettable and highly enjoyable experience.

Very nice hotel with clean room and nice bathroom. The location is nice. Breakfast and dinner food was very delicious. Service at the restaurant was very good. Check in and check out was quick . Csr service was very good. The variety of foods at breakfast was very good

I visited Taj Vivanta, Thiruvananthapuram after a long time.Last was in 2015 when it was located at Thycaud ,Thiruvananthapuram. This time ,I had dinner at this new location and I must say that Sudheer,the Restaurant Manager and his team did a wonderful job. The dinner was very well laid out ,was very tasty and had a good mix of Indian and Pan Asian delicacies and I must say that the desserts was wonderful.The efficient staff - Pooja and Shisha were very graceful in taking care of guests/ clients and this added to the overall pleasure of having a great dinner. Next time,I will visit with my entire family members.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the outstanding service the dedicated FNB staff and the front office team provided during my recent stay. I want to talk about Wasim, the front office staff member. He is always smiling, even at 12:30 at night. The most valued part of his service is that he treats internal and external customers with the same respect, which is outstanding. FNB staff member Pooja is always welcoming and makes me feel like a family member. I noticed a critical moment when a senior citizen was seated; she took extra care to ensure he was comfortable, which was heartwarming. She kindly encouraged him to try different cuisines and proactively checked if he was all right, highlighting the excellence at Vivanta Trivandrum. Ajay and Abhimanyu also put their best foot forward. It's lovely to see them smiling and actively engaging with guests. Their interactions go beyond just serving food, creating a valuable human connection during meals. I can proudly say that the staff I mentioned makes dining not just about ingredients cooked on a pan, but it's served with love. This key factor ensures guests leave satisfied and want to return for future business. Your attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a pleasant experience did not go unnoticed. From the front desk's warm welcome to the FNB team's excellent support, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. It was a pleasure to stay with you all, and I look forward to my next visit.
