The nearest MRT Xiaobailou is within walking distance which is around 10 minutes from the hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfort, but there isn’t many choice for the breakfast meal.

The front office was located one level above street level. There is no elevator. You have to walk up an almost 45-degree flight of steps pulling your luggage along.
Laundry proved to be a challenged. There were only 2 washers and 2 dryers. The staff were using them to wash their uniforms and guest has to share with them. One of the dryers were not working well.
Staff were seen not wearing jackets some of the days. On the first day, the front desk staff did not even wear a tie and his shirt was not tucked into his pants.
The door doesn’t have an automated door closer. Therefore, it has to be closed by hand all the way to the door frame.
A fridge is not provided.
The shampoo made my hair frizzy! Hand soap ran out on the 3rd day also did not refill.
Room is dusty. Didn't change bed sheets even though we stayed 6 nights.
Toilet and shower drainage clogged.
Front Office staff are responsible for the coffee machine. Strange!
Breakfast is very limited, no refill for the foods and drinks even you are at 8am. I only have brewed coffee for breakfast for the consecutive 6 mornings.

The hotel isnt that far from Wudadao area, walkable distance . Room is spacious , clean , and comfortable.
The staffs are willing to help you even though the czn't communicate English well, but they have the translation machine. It was such a nice and pleasant stay.

My stay was comfortable with the super attentive and welcoming front desk. Rooms are very clean, location was great too! Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying that the room was fantastic. Large, quiet, comfortable, very clean. We loved our stay for this reason.
The location is very convenient. It's on a quiet street (crucial in Tianjin) but close to everything.
The reception and breakfast feel like they are part of a different hotel though. The reception space is very messy. Although the staff is lovely, it creates a bad first impression.
The breakfast is really subpar and the breakfast room needs thorough cleaning. The food feels old and flavourless. I don't recommend taking it. I love Chinese breakfast, and even so, could eat very few of the things. Coffee was alright.
The price to quality of sleep ratio was very good so i would still recommend the hotel. The reception and breakfast spaces are easy improvements that can and hopefully will be made.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. They always greet to everyone when the people come in and out of hotels. They helped us a lot,especially when we arrived in mid night a couple of times. They explained and replied the questions with their patience and knowledge. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to go anywhere. We really enjoyed staying here.

The bathroom lacked body and hand wash soap, the towel was filthy, and the breakfast was poor. The room was also unclean.

All rounder hotel. Only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy all the amenities but would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is in a great location. There are many things to see in the area. We enjoyed taking night walks while there. Unfortunately, we booked a non-smoking room and the room definitely was not. It also seemed like counters had not been wiped down before we entered the room. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying here again because of the location.

Dust and hairs everywhere on the floor and mat.
We booked family room, daily housekeeping is really just doing the minimum i.e throwing the rubbish and changing the towels. No vacuuming on the floor thus it feels sandy and dusty all the time
