Kipi Suites

We stayed for two nights in Kipoi suites. The room is very big, but a bit peculiar. There is a wooden stage surrounding the bed that one can easily bump into, especially during the night. The bathroom is painted black, which makes is quite dark. The breakfast was good. The outdoor is very nice with a lovely view. The room is pricey and not worth it.

We booked 3 rooms for 3 nights in Kipi Suites. Despite we informed the property on our arrival time, when we reached the place was absolutely desert. We had to wait for almost an hour for someone to show up. Nobody was answering our permanent calls either. The reception area has no decoration, only two dirty sofas. While searching for someone we walked into some opened rooms. They smelled of humidity and mould and had mould in bathrooms. The whole situation was unwelcoming, and rather shocking considering the property claims 4*. After an hour of waiting we decided to call Aristi Mountain Resort and book our stay with them. They were extremely helpful in this emergency situation, found rooms for us and made our holiday very special. Kipi Suites, and Aria Hotels they belong to, never admitted any mistake and kept the whole amount for the stay (almost 1000EUR), despite we didnt use their services for a single second, nor had a single breakfast there. Partial cancelation fee would be understanding but keeping the whole amount seems rather a way to make money no matter what. Overall, our experience with Kipi Suites and Aria Hotel Group was very unpleasant and we try to avoid their properties in the future.

Incredible stay for 4 nights at Kipi Suites. The location is super quiet, overlooking the valley and village. It's possible to walk down to the village and the restaurant. The region is beautiful if you like unspoiled nature and quietness, beautiful rivers, forest and mountains. The room is the old well renovated house is beautiful, fresh and the bed is super confortable. The only little issue was the shower where some renovations needs to be done, although not really a big problem of us. The stay was really a beautiful experience, Stavros and his wife were the most welcoming hosts, making us feeling really at home, we were so sad to leave and we would love to come back again. thank you to them!

Kipi Suites is situated high atop the Kipi village, offering stunning views. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the service one of a kind! Maria went out of her way to assist us in any possible way! She even prepared a breakfast box as we had to leave early next day.

We stayed only for one night but we will definitely come back as we loved the nature, the small guiet village, the hospitality of the owners. Breakfast was delicious with local products, the view is breathtaking and the room spacious and very convenient for a family of four. The road to the hotel is very narrow but fortunately there is no traffic except the hotel visitors.

We stayed 3 nights in a kepsovo room. The room is spacious and well equipped. The level of cleanliness and maintenance was impeccable. Hosts Stavros and Dimitra take care of everything you want and ask for. Their level of service is high, they give a fun and very cordial feeling. The place is magical and intimate for both couples and families. The village is small, quiet and calm and is an excellent and convenient starting point for star treks.

Excellent place to stay! The suite had a great view, people were very polite and Dimitra was the “key person” of Kipi Suites!! She prepared every day a great breakfast, the room was more than clean, her suggestions for sightseeing and activities were the best and she took care of the cutest dog of the area Foivos!!!🤍

Kipoi Suites is perched above the village of Kipoi, with wonderful views over the valley and mountains. The drive there, at least for the first time, was abit difficult as the street leading up to it was very narrow and we kept thinking that we were on the wrong track. And ,once we arrived, the welcome was not as warm and friendly as everyone else seems to have experienced. Maybe it was just a bad day! The exterior of the hotel retains its traditional character, whereas the suites themselves are modern and spacious, with a lounge area and a seperate bedroom with a fireplace. All spotlessly clean and comfortable. We loved the view, the misty mornings, the birds nesting in the foliage outside our window, the soft breeze and the silence. Close to Kipoi village one can find quite a few of the famous old stone bridges of the Zagorohoria, it's an easy drive to Vikos Gorge, the villages of Monodendri, Dilofo, even Papigo and it only takes 30 minutes to drive to Ioannina. We chose to stay 2 nights in Papigo and another 2 nights in Kipoi, so as to get a better picture of the whole area. Although a lot of effort has been made to build something beautiful, we felt that the hotel had no soul. There was no feeling of warmth. For this reason, I do not think we will be returning!

einfach nur wundervoll - ein super Hotel, sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr gut gelegen um in der Nähe zu wandern, Wasserfälle zu sehen und die Gegend zu genießen. in Kipoi selbst gibt es nicht sehr viel aber man benötigt sowieso ein Auto und in der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und alles was man braucht. nochmal zum Hotel: wir waren die einzigen Gäste und trotz allem hat man ein riesiges Frühstücksbuffet bereit gestellt und uns sehr sehr gut umsorgt. es war traumhaft hier.Tipp: 2 Tage reichen eher nicht aus, ein dritter Tag wäre super gewesen. Leon - der Haushund hat uns tgl. begrüßt und das immer mit Krawatte
