We have been cleaning the rooms free of charge for guests staying for more than 7 days and changing towels and sheets free of charge if requested, but we feel that we should improve the way we inform our guests about this. We are particularly sorry that you had difficulty getting to and from the nearest train station due to your foot condition. In the future, we will provide more detailed information on access to the hotel and make every effort to improve our services so that everyone can enjoy their stay with peace of mind.We would also like to reiterate our apologies for your comments regarding the rooms, especially the fact that the filters in the air purifiers were not cleaned.
