Initial Room Issues: Upon settling into our room, we were immediately disturbed by a persistent cracking sound coming from the windows. It was loud enough to wake us up multiple times throughout the night, occurring every 5 to 10 minutes. This was incredibly frustrating, particularly after a long day of travel. Response to Complaints: The next morning, we reported the issue to the front desk and speculated that the noise might be coming from one side of the building. We requested to switch to a room on the opposite side before heading out for sightseeing. However, upon our return later that evening, we were given a room on the same noisy side, just one level up. This felt dismissive of our concerns and came across as a lackluster attempt to resolve our issue. It seemed as though they thought we were merely seeking an upgrade rather than genuinely wanting a quiet place to rest. Final Room Change: After expressing our dissatisfaction once more, the staff finally moved us to another room on the opposite side of the building. While this room was slightly larger and had the benefit of not placing the bed right next to the window, the cracking sound persisted. Although it wasn’t as disruptive as before, it was still disappointing that the initial concerns hadn’t been fully addressed. Culinary Highlight: On a positive note, the food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. The dinner was delicious and a highlight of our stay. Conclusion: While the restaurant offered great meals, the room issues and lack of effective communication left much to be desired. I hope the hotel can improve its responsiveness to guest complaints in the future.

Definetly the best hotel in Tokyo without a doubt. Everything from staff service to room.

Location is very convenient to go around the Tokyo. All services and breakfast are excellent. If my husband and I visit Tokyo again, we will definitely choose it.

酒店位於虎之門山地鐵站，交通十分方便，提前到了一點，因為有房空出來，前台小姐姐給我們提前辦了check in. 房間景觀很棒，可看東京塔。早餐在一樓，餐食種類多，有一部分餐食需要另點，我們覺得不用另點也足夠了。 房間裏可以欣賞到晨、昏、夜的東京塔。

虎之門酒店的位置很方便，b2層直通日比谷線虎之門之丘站，大廈裏面餐廳很多，還有個葯粧店，很方便。房間面積不算大，但是景色很喜歡，塔景房可以看到東京塔。總體很滿意。

房房間很舒適，有一張沙發床，特別適合2人帶孩子出行，孩子可以自己睡一張床。11層有24小時休息區，有免費飲料水果，還可以看到東京塔。早餐種類不多，但很精緻。酒店人員都很友好，服務細緻。 地理位置很好，樓下有日比谷線和銀座線。去銀座、六本木、皇居、東京塔都很近。 走時還買了虎之門特有的銀色哆啦A夢紀念品。總之是一次非常棒的旅行經歷。

樓下就有地鐵站，出行方便。虎之門hills裏有超市葯粧店和買手店等等，購物也很方便。酒店還有lounge可以休息。

非常喜歡地理位置真的很好，房間很簡約，裝修風格很喜歡在虎之門地鐵站出行非常方便，可以去到很多地方非常推薦
