Ainda em relação à velocidade do wifi, lamentamos muito o transtorno causado. Fica lento quando alguém está baixando ou enviando uma grande quantidade de dados, o que não é comum em nosso hotel. Em relação às deficiências de limpeza que você apontou, gostaríamos de ressaltar que nossa equipe de limpeza não está autorizada a tocar em nenhum item que não esteja dentro ou próximo às lixeiras para evitar o risco de destruir ou danificar acidentalmente os pertences dos hóspedes. Se os restos de alimentos ou bebidas não estiverem no lixo, é possível que os convidados os tenham deixado lá sozinhos. Também não é permitido tocar nas roupas deixadas sobre a cama, pois são pertences pessoais dos hóspedes, para evitar danificá-las ou manchá-las.
