Very lovely stay The staff was very helpful. Top class service They were there for every step of our way The food was so tasty, everything felt so top class We tried the spa package and water sports , staff was lovely. Service was great Highly recommend coming here for any vacation

Otelin peyzajı kaldığım stüdyo daire odanın manzarası çok iyiydi, fakat çalışanlar genel olarak sayısı yetersizdi, starbucks var ama kahvelerin bazısını yapmayı bilmiyorlardı , abi abla diye hitap eden çalışanlar var, shuttle hizmetleri yetersiz ama buggy kullanan personel kübar ve güleryüzlü, yemeklerdeki tatlı reyonu böyle kalitedeki bir otel için çok çok az 2 günde bir az sayıda fıstıklı baklava koyuluyor o da hemen bitiyor yenisi gelmiyordu , ana yemek çeşitleri çok çeşitli olmasa da yeterli denebilir ve tatları güzel, denizde sakin bir koyu olması büyük avantaj, odaya meyve gonderiliyor cok kibar bir hareket fakat icinen bocek cikmasi üzdü maalesef, ekim ayı başı olduğundan dolayı sezonu kapatmak üzerelerdi heralde ona bağlıyorum olan aksaklıkları, böyle güzel bir tesisin daha iyi olacağını umarım

Our stay at Bi Premium Bodrum was fantastic. An excellent place for complete relaxation, luxury, comfort and convenience. Thank you! The food is varied. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. The setting is incredible. Extremely interesting shows every night.

Best hotel in Turkey - arrived at midnight but treated like VIP all the time. Service, host, food and drinks 10 out of 10. All drinks are branded, food is table service, staff all speak English and super friendly. Booked for next hear already!

The hotel itself is excellent - position,, food -the staff were amazing, always ready to help, always had a smile, very friendly and responsible. The garden is beautiful. Guys, thank you very much! You are the best detectives! Just a totally wonderful stay in every way.

We went for our honeymoon, me and my wife were stunned by the food and the service from the staff. And the rooms were amazing. The poolside unlimited starbucs was a great opportunity for coffee lovers like us. There was always something to watch and do in the event arena.

The staff are awesome. Everyone were very friendly and proffessional. The place is incredibly clean. Rooms are cleaned everyday also minibar was stucked full. Food was also amazing. They had Starbucks in the pool area which was incredible for coffee lovers like us. We definitely would want to come back again.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic food. I recommend you to upgrade your room to Deluxe swim up. Beassist Eylul is very helpful added a personal service to make our holiday memorable. The food and the cocktails are grate. I recommend everyone to stay there for summer vacations

We had the best time ever on out stay..excellent staff, Nazli and Nahide looked after us very well and and we felt like royals since we arrived! The architect and the service/ and plenty of restaurants and all the cousins we could think off. . We are definitely coming back♥️

Very beautiful hotel, many recreation areas, pompous interior, but not too much, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Very beautiful well-groomed area, cascading location and gorgeous views. Sea is perfect. What clearly stands out from others is the level of service and dedication of the staff. There is a service of assistants who support you throughout your holiday and resolve any issues very quickly. Thanks very much to Jemala and all the assistance team for ensuring our comfortable stay, helpful and involved approach to guests' comfortable vacation. I would like to note the work of staff in all areas of the hotel: bars, restaurants, beach, cleaning and provision of rooms - everyone is very involved and polite. Animation team is good and not intrusive. A la carte restaurants and events with live music is very liked. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to visit again.
