Quaint is one word to describe this place, but full of love is a better description. I love this place and the owners made us feel like family. Great location close to all the action and best restaurants. Our next visit here will be sending my wife and her girlfriends to this 7 room escape. Thank you. We’ll be back soon.

Wonderful B&B place, quaint, unique and exceptional. Delicious breakfast, will definitely return again. The innkeeper was very communicative. Highly recommend this location. Read great reviews and thought I’ll give it a try and I’m glad I did.

This old property has been updated very well. We often find that in quaint old buildings, bathrooms have been squeezed into very small spaces. Not so here. Bathroom was adequately sized and well appointed. Breakfast was better than average. Street parking no problem. Short Uber rides to downtown and University of Arizona campus. Above average common and back patio areas.

We stayed one night in the Charles Brown king bedded room on the first floor. The Inn is absolutely beautiful. The decor, the furnishings, the history... The amenities in our room were all first class. Super comfy bedding, everything worked perfectly. The neighborhood is well preserved and charming. We walked to dinner in town, no problem, and so many restaurants to choose from. Our host was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast is served at a lovely dining table and was plentiful and delicious. We met some friendly and interesting guests as well. If we head back to Tucson, this is the only place we'd stay.

This is a charming house with several rooms. It is in a residential neighborhood, so it is nice and quiet, but it is also close to many activities and restaurants. My room was spacious, clean, and very nice. It is a place where you can actually get a good night's sleep. There is a beautiful common room for sitting and where breakfast is served. The breakfast is cooked fresh and quite delicious. The chef will accommodate any dietary restrictions. The property manager lives across the street and can be reached by cell phone if you need anything.

We stayed here for four nights on a winter getaway to Tucson. The hosts were accommodating, the room was comfortable and impeccably clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and we were completely satisfied with the value we got for our money. The inn is located in a quiet neighborhood where we enjoyed evening walks after returning from dinner in town.

The Armory Park Inn was an absolute highlight during our 10 week journey through the western USA. Such a lovely, cozy & classy place! Amy & Dora were such great hosts, the breakfast was the best ever and we really loved to stay there. Thank you Amy & Dora!

This place is beautiful! If you’re coming to Tucson this is THE only place to stay. It is a very cool historic house, cozy and inviting, not to mention how aesthetically pleasing the decor is. Amy is an outstanding host. It’s all the little details that really makes this place extra special. Down to the timer next to the electric tea kettle to brew the perfect cup of tea/coffee in your room.
