Beautiful scenery….. place was clean, staff very nice! Bed was extremely comfortable! The young lady checking me in was very professional!

Stayed one night for move in at Bama. Had a reservation for king suite, but at check in we were told they overbooked suites. Tried to offer just a king but that wouldn’t work because there were 3 of us. They had a double queen which is fine, but they kept the rate the same. Seems to me we should have gotten a little discount. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. AC worked and provided good white noise. Breakfast was average. Staff was polite.

It was a nice ass room!! Very very was clean ! Smelled clean , looked good , sheets white , air cool, stand up shower , then they had top notch dove soap for you in bathroom ! 10/10 I would definitely be back floor clean tv loud and clear and plays errthing

Nice hotel, they have everything you need for a short trip. Variety options for breakfast and is complimentary.

Wingate by Wyndham Tuscaloosa 4918 Skyland Blvd E Tuscaloosa, Alabama This hotel is very poorly managed with no customer service. I arrived at the hotel at approx. 900 pm on a Sunday night after driving 12 hours all day and left the hotel around midnight. The disturbance on my assigned floor was loud, and I could not get to sleep. People were out in the hallway loudly congregating and were visiting others in the hotel hallway that did not have a reservation there. Many people constantly leaving the elevator and entering the elevator on the floor that I was on at 1030 pm, 11 pm, and 1130 pm. The phone in my hotel room did not work, so I walked downstairs to report the disturbance to the front desk around 11 pm. I told the hotel clerk that I was unable to sleep and would need to leave the hotel due to the disturbance on my floor explaining that I had a 10 hour drive the following day. The hotel clerk said that she could not refund my money. I left the hotel around midnight and found another hotel in Gadsden, Alabama. I called the manager (Misty) at Wingate by Wyndham Tuscaloosa the following day to attempt to explain the disturbance and what happened, and she refused to refund my money and was curt with a bad attitude, interruptive, and unprofessional. I was also charged twice by Wingate by Wyndham Tuscaloosa and had to contact my credit card company the following day.

The roomm was clean and roomy,the pool was quite refreshing on a hott day,and the breakfast was on point.Their was a motorcycle event being held at the hotel the weekend I was there and all was respectful and polite. I plan to return next year for sure.

Clean, comfortable and friendly could not ask for a better place to stop I. The highway! Bed were comfortable, they have recently remodeled so there are some old signs of hard usage but nothing big and the price can’t be beat. Breakfast was standard hotel chain breakfast, did not use the pool.

Nice clean quiet Breakfast was good .Great staff Room was clean Lobby was very beautiful .My room smell great pool area washer dryer room work out room 24/7 They have things for sale Jewelry purses snacks I will return to this hotel when traveling on I20 This hotel was in Alabama this hotel was remodel eating places in walking distance

Great location, close to I-20 Good breakfast Burger king you can walk across parking lot to. Quiet room. TV offering coulld be a liitle better! Hotel has just been recently remodeled. I would definitely stay the next time I am traveling through Tuscaloosa
