An amazing hotel. I’m extremely happy to have stayed in this hotel. Truly a wonderful hotel. Gaia Cosmo is a luxury. The check-in was quick and friendly. Very polite staff. The room is very clean and spacious. Fully equipped with many toiletries. The TV was wonderful with English channels. The breakfast was delicious and warm. Enjoyed eating at the rooftop with a wonderful view of the city. I also ate dinner there. Room service was wonderful as well. Polite and positive. The room is comfortable and perfect for everyone to stay in. I really did enjoy the buttonless elevator. I would definitely come back here and stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much. Clean and tidy room but without fridge. Overall good services to ensure room is clean and tidy. Front desk is also very friendy.

Clean and modern hotel that is good to stay in! Heads up that if you stay over the weekend, you may be woken up by music blasting from a street nearby for locals to have their morning workout.

Kamar mandi terlalu cosmo and no privacy if stay for 2 persons in one room. Breakfast good although not to many variety of the food. Staff friendly and helpfull.. overall exelent.

All staff are very courteous and services are excellent. They even accommodate when we asked for breakfast boxes at 4am and 5am. The moment you walk into the hotel, the smell at the reception is superb. Price is reasonable as well

Enjoyed stay here throughly. Very pleasant service staff and facilities are all new. Room was really comfortable and everything worked really well. Sofa can be a little old and stained but not a problem cos we don’t sit on it as much. Can’t stay much of the location as we just took a cab everywhere but lots of gojek food options around. Will highly recommend anyone to stay here
