Breakfast starts 8:30 am unless there are tour groups in the hotel. Room wasn't completely clean especially bedding not set properly. Staff are friendly but don't speak much English. Location is good if you want to travel via train. Take 30 minutes to go to downtown.

Very quiet room near high speed train station and airport. Great breakfast! Not many eating places near hotel but short 5-minute DiDi ride to Wanda mall. Strongly recommended! 👍👍

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location. To top it off, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols during my stay reassured me of their dedication to guest well-being, especially during these challenging times. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Receptionist 达娜 is so compassionate and efficient - she is my memory of Urumuji Upon arrival i found my Alipay was not functioning well and could not pay the taxi fare. and it was 达娜 who has helped me out by paying for me - an old lady in my 70s - first. I reimbursed her later. This is most unforgettable and i would like to thank her profusely.

Really appreciated the quick registration with English speaking staff plus nice clean & modern room. Bedside lamps, charging points near the bed and different mood lighting options were rare during the rest of my Xinjiang trip so also appreciated these simple attention to detail to my stay. Highly recommended place to stay.

The hotel is located at really good location near to the airport and train station all the stuff members are really cooperative especially Mr. Jiang who try to avail best service. The check-in and out service is very quick. I suggest to all foreigners to stay in this hotel

Nice hotel, in a quiet area, close to the airport and the train station, the staff at the reception is professional, fast check-in and they have a friendly attitude. They accepted to have our mail delivered to their hotel . The breakfast is good, the beds are comfortable and the price is resonable.
