My son and I stayed at the Odyssey Resort for 2 weeks in Jan 2024 as part of our extensive tech dive training program...and the resort was fantastic. Clean and comfortable, with WiFi and working air conditioning throughout. We actually booked the Suite which had a full kitchen and balcony as well. Most conveniently, just a short walk to the dive shop, dive boats and on-site restaurant. In short, the perfect all-in-one package. We'll be back!

I've just returned from my second visit to the Odyssey resort and Tank'd Dive shop, and it only gets better each time. The small property pristine and inviting, with a location at the end of the main street right on the water that is perfect. Quiet but only minutes from all the local restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with good AC and wifi and comfortable beds. The on site Mexican restaurant is open early for breakfast and is perfectly located on the upper deck for sundown cocktails and a freshly made supper. The staff are all exceptional, and treat you like a family member they like. Everyone smiles. Greg runs a first class dive operation, with all the gear and boats in perfect condition, and divemasters and captains who really know the local waters. Long, pleasant dives with lots of critters, large and small. In short, a perfect dive vacation. No commodity diving here. The only downside is that you have to go home.

Wonderful hotel attached to an amazing dive shop. If you are looking for a place to stay in Utila, look no further. This hotel is clean right on the water and is attached to Tank's dive shop. The rooms are large, AC works great, dive shop a few steps out the back door. We cannot say enough great things about our stay here.

We love staying at The Odyssey, this was our second time staying with them. The property has a great 2 story dock and their on-site dive center Tankd is excellent. All the staff are wonderful, rates are great, everything is walkable.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Utila Honduras look no more. Staff is friendly, customer first focus attentive and most of all they love there jobs and it shows. You can tell by the way the team works they are lead by some great managers.

What makes the Odyssey truly exceptional is the staff. I was there the "Bosses" were away at the DEMA show and the women in charge handled everything flawlessly. The three sisters were always smiling, checking in to see what more they could do for me, and just making me feel like I was part of their family. My Bayside room was clean and fresh, with ample AC and hot water. The drinking water never ran out, and clean towels kept appearing. The room was kept spotless, and the view from the swing on the balcony was superb. I made fresh coffee in the room early, and had a great breakfast at Tank'd restaurant, on the premises (when I didn't walk down the street for a great baleada). Odyssey is just far enough down the main street to be quiet at night, but only a very short walk from all the fun restaurants. I'm looking forward to my next trip.

J'ai découvert ce resort lors d'une marche et je me suis promis que je réserverai à cet endroit lors de mon prochain voyage à Utila. Je suis passé à l'accueil et j'ai demandé de me faire une petite visite des lieux. Brenelle m'a très bien accueilli. Elle m'a même inviter à passer la journée sur la belle terrasse directement au bord de l'eau. WOW !!! J'ai parlé de mon intérêt pour faire du snorkeling dans le coin et on m'a proposé tout de suite d'embarquer avec les plongeurs le lendemain. J'ai eu même le privilège d'avoir Brenelle et sa soeur faire du snorkeling avec moi et de me montrer les meilleurs spots. Je me suis senti tout de suite en sécurité. Le staff est formidable et très serviable. Le lendemain, je suis aller à leur restaurant Bar and Grill et c'était excellent. Nous avons même la belle vue sur la mer et le coucher su soleil. C'est certain que c'est ma prochaine destination. Meilleur emplacement. Tranquillité. Bord de la mer avec une super terrasse.
