Yuli Hotel

The rooms are ample and have nice AC units. The pool area is kept clean. The customer service is TERRIBLE. The person at the front desk won’t answer the phone or texts and disappears for periods at the time. They are rude and dismissive. I tried to get a room in a second floor (because I heard a snake was found inside once) paid extra, ended up on the first floor. No TV, minimum furniture, toilets don’t flush, towels are cheap, parking is small, the road leading to the hotel is very bad (bring a tractor)… and this is only me getting here… Where is the owner of this place??!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

This place is fine is you like loud music all day long coming from the adjacent bar/restaurant. I red many reviews complaining about it. I guess they don't read it or they don't care. Beach is walking distance but you must pay. Just so you know.

Very nice hotel despite the restaurant/ bar... PROS: hotel is very new, clean, rooms are big and comfortable, the ones on second floor have a very cozy balcony. Also there is a shared kitchen on the premises which is quite convenient. The hotel is located very close to the national park entrance, and therefore to the whale's tail! CONS: definitely this hotel will do much better without that restaurant: seems like to owner rents the restaurant to someone who is obsessed with techno music, and plays it all day... sometimes you are loosing your mind, also the restaurant is empty for most but the music is so loud that probably is hard to have dinner inside so people leave fast. we liked the hotel but definitely the loud music makes you want to get out of there. we had all our meals including breakfast elsewhere because the menu is not inviting either. Second, we booked a king size bed, and found out there were just two normal mattress put together! Definitely a hotel with good location and nice premises.... hopefully they rent this to a normal restaurant so guests would want to eat there... and not run away from the restaurant :)

Perfect rooms, very clean. Beautiful pool and plenty of sun beds to sunbathe. Very friendly and helpful staff who have all the information you will need about Uvita. Also very good value for money if you are travelling solo and stay in the mixed bed dorm.

All the staff were extremely welcoming & helpful with anything you need. Brand new & very clean with a beautiful pool! Restaurant/bar on-site with AMAZING food, cocktails & great beer selection. The chef, Andreas & all the other staff go above & beyond!! Perfect location very close to beach, food & markets. Always felt very safe & relaxed in this area. Dorm room is very large & comfortable. Beds have curtains for privacy. The bathroom/shower are always kept clean. Absolutely loved my stay here, can't wait to one day come back:)

La recepción buena,el joven súper amable,la habitación con un baño súper incómodo y deteriorado,sin pantalla,soportar ruido del restaurante que tienen,el parqueo muy pequeño,se descansa cuando el restaurante cierra,antes jamás,lástima por que el hotel está muy nuevo para esos fallos,he estado en otro hoteles y te cambian toallas y reponen el papel sin pedirlo,acá pasamos varios días con las mismas toallas y hubo que comprar el papel higiénico
