we arrived on Saturday night 4/5 before we get to the hotel it was difficult to get in touch with the hotel, got 4 phone numbers and talked to 4 different people, we arrived in the middle of the night and it was nice to be treated by Denniz and Mr. Duran who was the driver of the hotel, the hotel is very nice and relaxing but the kitchen and the food were a big disappointment, in the breakfast menu it is very nice and clear but when the breakfast came to the table it was completely different and always old bread and when we asked that it was not correct they always found out that we change the menu or chef, they didn't have a lunch menu and the hotel is far from everywhere so it became very difficult to find food, the first night I got fish that was thawed in the microwave and it was fried and the middle of the fish was frozen still, but when I told them they said I don't have to pay for the fish and the new chef will cook for us the next night, we got food the next night but still the hotel needs a lot of work to fix the kitchen and the food, we went 3 times by taxi 45 minutes to be able to eat food, too many managers and no one does anything about it and they didn't like it when they got fydback, all the managers didn't talk well about each other and blamed each other, and we heard 2 times that they talked bad about us as guests because we said the food is not good, they couldn't accept criticism, it really didn't feel good to end up in the middle of the chaos they had and got for guests hope some professional person can save this nice hotel
