We went to the hotel this morning, and this morning, the service, which was organised by the manager, who is very arrogant….and has no organisational skills whatsoever, was diabolical! He was sending people to seats, having no idea who came in when, which meant chaos as the waiting staff didn't have a clue who had been waiting longest to place an order. Some people were ordering at the counter, paying for the order, while the majority of us were waiting, and were trusted to be honest, and be able to pay before leaving. No one would have had a clue who had paid and who hadn’t. We were served 30 minutes after sitting, and our order of coffee was served tepid. We asked for it be served hot, and rather than apologising, the waitress huffed. When we finally left, the barista took about five minutes to find our bill. What a shambles. Service at this place is a disaster every time we go, which is such a shame, as it has so much potential. The manager was useless….staff management was all that needed to be sorted. His staff were not the problem. He is far too interested in himself rather than helping his staff.
