absolutely horrendous stay and the staff were super rude and unhelpful. they didn’t inform guests of their air con policies (only open from 7PM-7AM) before booking or when checking in and they repeatedly turned off the AC even during those hours. their customer service was actually horrible and the rooms were really run down and dirty. you also can’t turn on the lights in the common corridor where the toilets are so you have to do your business in the dark. would never stay here again & highly encourage you to avoid this hotel! there are way better options in the city

Located at the extremity of the city center. Bathrooms are not in perfect state but still clean.
Scooter rental is more expensive than in other hotels and shops. Nice swimming pool

The stay is fine but it was very disappointing for the laundry service that the hostel offered. All the clothes came back with wet, bad and weird smell, i have to forced to hang my clothes outside the room but turned out it does not remove the bad smell left on my clothes. I had gained the lesson from you guys and avoid to pay for laundry service in the hostel from now on!

Beds not the best, but the rest of the accommodation is super nice, you get a swimming pool and a pooltable.

The hotel staff were friendly and always were happy to help. The room was spacious and clean whilst the views from outside the room were spectacular.

Decent private room in a hostel situation.
A bit pricier than others in vang Vieng.
Pool and pool table and puppies makes it worthwhile.
Overall pleasant stay.

Great location and easy to get around as the Hotel helped us to go wherever we wanted to go. The food was good and the pool was nice too. Would recommend to anyone ,

I would never stay at this hotel again. Horrible bathroom & shower. Very slow Internet.
The only advantage is more or less service.
