Hotel Playa Vista Azul

Piscina magnífica com vistas incríveis! Os quartos são espaçosos e limpos. O buffet é bastante diversificado. Pessoal muito útil!

A primeira coisa a destacar é o atendimento dos trabalhadores, que tem sido excelente, e principalmente o dos camareiros e mordomos. As ofertas do restaurante Buffet não são do nível de um hotel 5 estrelas pela variedade de produtos, mas vale ressaltar que são muito bem preparadas e têm um sabor muito bom.

We returned to Playa Vista Azul and overall enjoyed ourselves! We stayed in the Premium section which we loved! The customer service was top notch, especially from Diana, and Yuri, and at Coral restaurant Claudia. Huge shout out to Carlos at premium bar, you light up the world and should be commended for how you interact with customers... give the man a promotion! The one downfall I'd like to point out, is the huge increase in price to stay in premium but the decrease in availability of items. The food was excellent overall but they ran out of beef for a bunch of day, French fries were rarely available and there were powdered eggs on some days not real eggs. The a la cart restaurants were very good (especially Italian), but again some menu items sadly were not available. We ate at the buffet for one breakfast, one lunch and one dinner with no complaints other than the toasters did not work. This meant no toast at breakfast which was a huge disappointment... fix or replace the broken items please, no excuses! We absolutely love the food at Coral, the chicken dishes and pizza are always good and the soups are amazing! As much as we absolutely love this resort and the customer service, I'm not sure I'm willing to pay the huge ever increasing price again for premium when I can go to other Caribbean countries who have no shortages for a similar price. With this all said, Playa Vista Azul is by far the best all inclusive in Varadero. The rooms are modern and well taken care of, and the pools are top notch. I'm sure we will be back one day, and we do recommend this resort to others, but as with any Cuba vacation be open minded and expect some shortages no matter whether you stay in the regular section or Premium. This was our third visit to Playa Vista Azul, and the experience continues to impress! The premium staff, particularly Arasay, Diana, Yuri, and our housekeeper, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. A special thank you to the team for helping my husband plan a wonderful surprise for my birthday—it truly made our trip unforgettable. The premium restaurant staff were also very welcoming and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. While the food was just okay, it was still enjoyable, though there is room for improvement, especially given occasional shortages. The resort is well-maintained and clean, but we noticed that the common public washrooms could use more attention in terms of upkeep. Despite these minor issues, Playa Vista Azul remains one of our favorite destinations, and we highly recommend it for its outstanding staff, excellent service, and warm atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again!

Let me start by saying that this is the third time going to this hotel, and all three times , not 1 disappointment. It started with my dear friend/brother/famiglia Gustavo making sure that we got the exact room we wanted which was 1st floor facing the party pool. Secondly, we arrived at night and were a little hungry so we dropped off our bags in our room and heading to the beach/snack bar to have a cubano sandwich. The next morning, off to breakfast where we started bumping into some of our friends/staff like the sweetest girl that made our eggs almost every morning not to mention the waitress that serves breakfast and lunch at the outside terrace. We then headed to Benny’s for an espresso and cappuccino. Then back to the room to get our swim gear on and off to the beach. The wonderful smile that greeted us the minute we walked down to the big beach was Papi. What a wonderful man with an incredible memory and an enormous heart. He made sure that for 16 days our place was always reserved for us . And then, the best people I’m lucky to call my Cuban famiglia, the animation team ( CHOCO, CARMEN, GUSTAVO, HANNY ) that’s just to mention the ones we got extremely close to but we love all of them (jairel, yoasniel, gabriella, ronny, lester, and odette) . The animation team are the ones that truly make our vacation memorable and keep us coming back as often as we can. The lunch at the big ocean which is served almost everyday at 1:00 by the beach bar is always so delicious. And the drinks served by the beach bartenders are always to our liking, never watered down but never too strong that it’s un enjoyable. Suppers are always something that’s either a hit or a miss at the buffet, but if you’re lucky enough to go to the Italian restaurant and I do recommend you go as often as possible, order the chicken parm served with pasta tomato sauce and a jamon e chieso pizza , I promise you will be happily surprised not to mention stuffed. Then drinks at the theatre bar right before the nightly entertainment which is decent. Micheal Jackson will forever be a staple show to any down south vacation. Then off to bed and repeat the next day with minor changes from day to day .AWESOME I have pictures and am willing to show but ask me for them , I don’t want to just post to post .
