Regarding your mentions about Valentine's day dinner atmosphere, we regret to figure out our classy arrangement did not match with your special needs. For that special night, the NH Collection team decided to plan some soft decorations in order to create an intimate and sophisticate atmosphere. We are deeply sorry to realize the sound we foreseed during the night did not satisfy your romantic expectations. Thank you for pointing your opinion about the live music you desired.In the end, we had no chance to give a special twist to your stay as we did not receive any sort of feedback before the check out proceadure.
