Loved everything about this place. Upon my arrival, the room wasn't ready yet, but it was early and they happily stowed my bags for me. The first woman I dealt with was great, very friendly and had no problem speaking English with me. I took the bus to Chaplin's World and picked up some groceries before coming back. The second guy I dealt with was also great and got my bags for me and my room key right away. They had upgraded me to a one bedroom. I got into the room and everything about it was wonderful. Very spacious, easy to live in. Huge living room with a table and chairs, couch. Big bedroom with a separate desk and chair there as well. The bed was super comfortable and the whole place was very quiet. Grocery store and train station are basically right across the street. I had requested a feather-free room, as I'm allergic, and since I'd discussed it with the first woman I dealt with at check-in, didn't even think to check on it, but someone came after I'd gotten settled in to double check and it turned out they hadn't changed the bedding, so he did it right then for me. I was so grateful as it would have been a nightmare if I'd discovered it when going to bed, especially as I was already suffering from a bit of a cold from staying in a very dusty (and possibly feathered up) place the night before. Couldn't fault a thing about this place, loved every cozy minute of staying here, and only wished I stayed longer and made it my base for four nights around Geneva. (I only stayed two nights.) Highly recommend and I would love to return.
