Quartos bons e modernos. Convenientemente localizado próximo à estação de metrô para conectividade. No entanto, as opções de café da manhã não eram ótimas e sugeriria pular, considerando o preço. Além disso, a equipe parece pouco preocupada em nos orientar ou guiar para entender o layout ou até mesmo encontrar talheres. A equipe da recepção no check-out parece mal treinada sobre como cumprimentar ou se despedir dos hóspedes. Como se fossem instruídos a não sorrir.! Recomendaria a estadia.

O hotel é muito perto do metrô, embora o metrô leve cerca de 15 minutos para chegar ao centro da cidade, mas está bom para mim. Então, é uma boa escolha se você quer um hotel muito perto do metrô. A equipe da recepção não sorri, uma é melhor, as outras duas não, não me sinto bem-vinda. A equipe de limpeza e a faxineira parecem muito mais enérgicas. Mas, em geral, com esse preço, não é ruim.

Amazing stay! We really loved the superb location which was a stone’s throw away from the station. Also really close to the mall and tons of amenities. Front desk was helpful and lobby had free water and fruits in the morning. Highly recommended. Haubahnhof. Autobahn. Almdudler. Interspar. 👏

The hotel was really nice. The room was comfortable and had what I needed. The food was really good, and the prices were reasonable as well. I would stay there again. Now, it wasn’t in the city centre, but it was only a train ride away, 10-15 minutes and the station is close to the hotel, but quiet. The area the hotel is located in, looks like it’s being rebuilt. It’s modern but plain. No where near as nice as the stunning architecture in the city!

Great hotel! Outside the city center but a very easy commute to all of the main attractions. Next to a mall that opens early. The breakfast was a bit expensive. Ovall I would stay here again. Wonderful value for your money and excellent customer service.

Great location, a stones throw from the metro, bus and tram which is very handy. Great area with lots of restaurants / shops nearby. Very good hotel, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was overbooked when we arrived late at the airport. However Bassena managed to offer a room in a nice hotel located near the Opera and waived half of the parking fee. It was the most comfortable stay during our travel to Austria
