Hotel is very nice. The idea of pavilions and the landscape is superb especially the water stream flowing in the property. The bedrooms are nice. Food at the restaurant was very good. The location being a bit far from Chantilly is not a handicap since the village it not that vibrant in the evenings. However make sure you arrive at a time when you can check all the features of the room since the technical service is very bad; we checked in at midnight, shower is malfunctioning (only boiling water); phones were out…. So you have to walk all the way to the reception (5min walk) to ask or claim anything. The next day to our surprise, also back to hotel very late, the shower is still broken!!!!! At the end the management deducted the 2 nights (which is a minimum to my opinion and this was after they wanted to deduct only one night..). Phones remained out of service, you had to ask to replenish water bottles… off course minibar is empty, no conditionner, shower head plugged (needs simple cleaning)…. We wanted to reserve for a horse back ride, the gentleman at the reception didn’t email us back as promised nor made the effort to check other horse clubs; we had to “force them” to look one up. For the spa, they promised to email us back for availabilities but they didn’t. Concierge service at its worst. Hotel should sincerely look at their technical team and their front desk concierge service; too but for such a nice facility.
